Paris creates a safe, non judgemental space to talk openly and honestly about how I feel. Paris offers reasons behind why I may feel a certain way and provides suggested tasks which I find really useful. This allows me to depersonalise the issues and allows me to challenge them which helps me to feel I am physically moving forward. I always feel lighter and more equipped after our sessions together, thank you.
